Return Policy

 

Returns for store credit are provided with free shipping labels. Otherwise, we provide a shipping label for a flat fee of $8 for return for refunds.

Please make sure to check your spam folder and add returns@candhrobes.com to your safe list for email correspondence.  If you have not received your approval and label in 2-3 business days,  Please email returns@candhrobes.com for help.

You may return any unused and unwashed merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days after the shipping date for the value of the goods purchased. Absolutely no refunds on Shipping or Return Shipping cost, and Carbon Offsets/Shipping Protection charges.

Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours of receiving your product.

All items returned must be clean, unused, and with original tags still attached and in the original packaging in order to accept the return. If items are not in the above condition and returned, the items will not receive a refund and the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to them. All Items that are not shipped back to the customer after 15 days will be discarded

When making your return, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and your invoice number. A copy of your packing list, email confirmation or proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt will be needed for reimbursement of the full purchase price. This will also greatly reduce the time it will take to process your return.

Store Gift Card Credits will expire one year after issue date.

Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned.
