Shipping and Returns Policy

FREE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer FREE shipping on ALL ORDERS, if your shipping address is in the mainland US! Shipments outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for free freight and the customer is responsible for all duties and fees.

At Chadsworth & Haig, we make every attempt to process your order 1-2 business days from when we receive it. In busy and holiday seasons, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the processing of orders.

Please add an additional 3 to 5 business days for orders containing embroidery. These estimated processing times do not include selected shipping time.

RETURNS POLICY for U.S. orders:

 Returns for store credit are provided with free shipping labels. Otherwise, we provide a shipping label for a flat fee of $8 for return for refunds.

• Otherwise, small $8 flat fee will be deducted from refund

You may return any unused and unwashed merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days after the shipping date for the value of the goods purchased. Absolutely no refunds on Shipping or Return Shipping cost.

Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours of receiving your product.

All returned items must be clean, unused, and have the original tags still attached, along with the original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. If items do not meet these conditions when returned, the customer will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. Additionally, any items that are not shipped back to the customer within 15 days will be discarded.

When making your return please, include your name, address, phone number, email address, and your invoice number. A copy of your packing list, email confirmation or proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt will be needed for reimbursement of the full purchase price. This will also greatly reduce the time it will take to process your return.
