Free Shipping and Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on ALL ORDERS, if your shipping address is in the mainland US! Shipments outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for free freight and the customer is responsible for all duties and fees.
At Chadsworth & Haig, we make every attempt to process your order 1-2 business days from when we receive it. In busy and holiday seasons, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the processing of orders.
Please add an additional 7 to 10 business days for orders containing embroidery. These estimated processing times do not include selected shipping time.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 3:00 pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
